Ondo state governor, Rotimi Qkeredolu, has urged the president, Bola Tinubu, to shy away from attending to frivolities as he gets ready for the work ahead.
In a statement today, Akeredolu, said now was not the time to be gloating about the electoral victories recorded during the general elections but a time to set the right coordinates for a successful tenure.
He noted that the president must make conscious attempts to bring on board only those with proven capacity with regard to expertise, while expelling persons with personal interests.
The former president of Nigerian bar association also appealed to the new president to consider a new constitutional order which takes into account, keenly, the principles of federalism.
