The presidential election pettiton court has adjourned hearing on the petiton of the peoples democratic party, pdp and it’s presidential candidate, atiku abubakar against the independent national electoral commissioner and the victory of president bola tinubu at the feburary 25 election.
The court in it’s ruling today adjourned hearing till Wednesday June 7 2023, after the lead counsel to peoples democratic party, pdp and it’s presidential candidate, atiku abubakar, eyitayo Jegede sought time to enable him access vital documents he sought to tender before the court.
According to Jegede, the importance of the documents demands that it available for examination to properly prosecute the case at hand.
