Lagos state governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, his predecessors, Akinwunmi Ambode and former minister of works and housing Babatunde Fashola have reunited at a reception organised in honour of President Bola Tinubu.
It is the first time in four years the three men will be gracing the same event.
Gbenga Akosile, the Chief Press Secretary to Sanwo-Olu who shared the news in a video posted stated that the reception at the state house in Marina was the first time in over four years all three parties have met.
Before the meeting, Sanwo-Olu had paid Ambode a visit during his birthday party, a gesture that was celebrated by many Lagosian.
Babatunde Fashola handed over to Akinwunmi Ambode in 2015 after the completion of his two-term tenure while Sanwo-Olu took over from the latter in 2019.
