President Tinubu has charged ministers and members of his parliament to deliver to the utmost of their abilities in line with the agenda of his administration.
Tinubu said this today during his opening speech at the first Federal Executive Council meeting since the inauguration of the new cabinet last Monday.
According to the president, the council is made up of professionals and technocrats who must put their knowledge and experience to use, to lift Nigeria from poverty through implementation of policies, urging them to prove to the world that Nigeria is capable of saving itself from the jaws of destruction.
Present at the meeting is Vice President Kashim Shettima; the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume; the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Folashade Yemi-Esan; and the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila.
