The   Lagos state chairman of trade union congress, Gbenga Ekundayo has faulted claims that the agitation of organized labor is tilted towards the needs of government workers only, neglecting the private sector.

Ekundayo, speaking on the follow-up, a political program on Adamimogo fm today, said the organize labor is working on modalities to include the private sector in its dealings with the government.

He also argued that the wage increases as demanded by organized labor will not increase inflation rate Nigeria, saying the move is expected to provide succor for Nigerians until permanent economic solutions are implemented to alleviate the suffering of the people.

According to him, labor expects that the federal government will make reasonable progress in implementing agreements within the 30-day window to avoid a monstrous protest from organized labor
