Highly respected cleric and founder of the Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain, Worldwide, Prophet Sam Olu-Alo, on Saturday, issued a stern warning to those involved in corrupt practices, warning of terrible consequences.
Speaking on the sidelines of his father’s burial reception, the Cleric said, “Let it be known that all the ill-gotten gains acquired through corruption will turn to dust the moment one breathes their last.”
He noted, “Corruption erodes the very foundation of our nation, and its perpetrators must face the consequences, not only in this world but in the hereafter.”
In addition to his strong stance against corruption, Prophet Olu-Alo directed his attention to the country’s political landscape, urging politicians to fulfill their responsibilities with dedication.
He stated, “Politicians are entrusted with the hopes and dreams of our people. They must labor diligently to build a brighter future for Nigeria.”
Furthermore, the revered cleric implored Nigerians to exercise patience with the administration of President Bola Tinubu.
He counseled, “We should allow the current administration the opportunity to implement their policies and plans effectively for the betterment of our nation. Let us withhold judgment and protests for one year.”
Regarding the development and progress of the South West region, Prophet Olu-Alo reminded the public of his earlier suggestion made in September 2023.
He stated, “I firmly believe that an interconnected rail network spanning the South West states is the key to unlocking the region’s prosperity. This infrastructure project will propel our states to new heights of economic growth and development.”
