Akwa ibom state governor, Umo Eno has charged the youths in the state to be productive and proactive to help the government in fulfilling their potentials, saying that the government cannot employ everyone.
Eno stated this today, during the flag-off ceremony of a 2.2km tabernacle road project off ikot ekpene road, handled by a local constructor.
The governor also ordered the relocation of a Chinese firm golden tripod limited located along the Ikot Ekpene road to the Ibom industrial park in Itam Itu local government area of the state, insisting that an industry should not be located in a residential area for the safety of residence.
He also directed the commissioner of environment, and the commissioner of internal security to carry out an investigation into the activities of the company and submit a report within 48 hours.
