A chieftain of the All-Progressives Congress in Ondo State, Olusola Oke has called on the people of the state to continue praying for Governor Rotimi Akeredolu.
Oke, in a statement today, described the various reports about the governor’s demise as satanic and warned those behind the reports to stop such rumour.
Akeredolu, who has been battling an undisclosed illness, sought leave from the state assembly to proceed on medical leave, before handing over to his Deputy, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, to act as the governor till he returns.
There have been various reports making the rounds, claiming that the governor had passes on which has been debunked severally by his media aid and other members of his cabinet.
