Some Banks along Admiralty axis in Lekki have shut down operations.
Adamimogo 93.1FM observed that some of the banks were locked and barricaded by police officers.
It was gathered that this was as a result of fears of attacks arising from customers displeasure with the shortage of new naira notes with just three days left until the deadline for collection of new notes.
