Osun state chief judge, Oyebola Ojo has sentenced owner of Hilton hotel, Ile-Ife, Rahman Adedoyin, to death by hanging.
Ojo in her judgement said Adedoyin and two of his workers, in the case established by the prosecuting counsel, Femi Falana, are culpable of conspiracy to commit murder, and unlawful killing of one timothy Adegoke.
Recall, Timothy Adegoke, an postgraduate student at the Obafemi Awolowo University was mysteriously murdered after lodging at Hilton hotel, owned by Rahman Adedoyin in November 2021
