The Senate has confirmed three ministerial nominees, Jamila Ibrahim, Ayodele Olawande and Balarabe Lawal who collapsed during his screening exercise bring the cabinet size to 48.
In an unusual twist, Lawal collapsed after concluding his introduction, causing several people present to rush to his aid.
He was revived moments later but was unable to take questions and prompting the Senate to initially go into a closed-door session.
However, hours later, the Senators chaired by President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio confirmed the nominations via a voice vote.
The three when sworn in would bring the cabinet size to 48 following the confirmation of 45 in August.
