Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has urged the state civil servants to ignore a viral post on an alleged new salary scale, describing it as fake.
The Governor in a statement by his spokesperson Olawale Rasheed, stated that the viral information circulating on social media is not from the state government.
Rasheed noted that the governor is committed to workers’ welfare and at the appropriate time, will unveil measures to cushion the effect of fuel subsidy removal on the people of the state, including civil servants.
He also said the Governor is already working on palliatives measures and will soon be implementing them to support the populace.
